A residential behavioral camp for teens 12–17, 90 minutes from San Diego.
Structure, mentorship, and daily accountability. A psychologist, nurse, and nutritionist look after your teen, and scheduled calls and weekly updates keep you close.
You have probably already tried outpatient therapy. Maybe more than one therapist. Maybe a medication evaluation. Maybe something that helped for a while and then stopped working. You are not here because you gave up. You are here because you have been paying close attention and the tools available at home are no longer enough. That is a different thing entirely.
Your teen gets structure, mentorship, and daily accountability, backed by a psychologist who provides oversight of the program and regular sessions with your teen. An on-site nurse, a consulting doctor, and a professional nutritionist look after daily health. You stay close with a scheduled call with your teen every other week and a written email update from the team every week. The goal: your teen builds discipline and confidence, your family reconnects, and coming home is planned, not improvised.
A clear path, from your first message to coming home
A confidential conversation about your teen and your family, and an honest answer about whether we're the right fit.
Four structured weeks where routines, accountability, and healthy habits take root.
Academics, life skills, fitness, mentorship, and privileges earned through real progress.
A personalized plan built with your family, so coming home is a beginning, not a cliff edge.

What makes us different
Parents need specifics: who looks after their teen, what happens each week, and whether we are honest about fit. Five commitments we make before you visit campus.
The team sends you a written email update every week: routines, academics, attitude, progress. And every other week, a scheduled call with your teen. No waiting by the phone for news.
A psychologist provides program oversight and regular sessions with your teen. A doctor, an on-site nurse, and a professional nutritionist look after daily health. Real people you can meet.
A predictable daily schedule: wake-up, fitness, academics, life skills, chores, lights out. That rhythm is the program. Many teens turn a corner within weeks from structure alone.
We do not accept every inquiry. If your teen needs acute psychiatric care, medical detox, or clinical treatment first, we say so and point you to the right next step.
An on-site nurse and professional nutritionist look after every teen's daily health, because a program this active has to be built on real wellbeing.
Skipped classes, failing grades, and refusal to engage with school.
Breaking rules at home, disrespect, and constant conflict with parents.
Risky choices, wrong crowds, and habits heading in a dangerous direction.
Gaming, phones, and screens replacing sleep, school, and real life.
No goals, no effort, no direction. A teen who has stopped trying.
Early experimentation with alcohol or substances, before it becomes addiction. Teens needing medical detox or clinical treatment are referred to the right level of care.

90 minutes from the San Diego border. Families visit after the Foundation Phase, and scheduled calls and weekly email updates keep you connected from day one.
We are completing our registration with COEPRIS, Baja California's state health authority. Our license number will be published here the day it is issued, and admissions can walk you through our licensing status anytime.
24/7 staffing, with the program capped at 25 students by design. Every teen is known by name. Their health is watched daily by an on-site nurse, their meals designed by a professional nutritionist. Structure here is built on top of care, never instead of it.
Teens travel to campus with their family whenever possible, and we help you plan the trip and the border crossing. If your family needs travel support, admissions coordinates it with you, never around you.
A scheduled call with your teen every other week and weekly email updates. You stay part of the plan.
Not yet. We are completing our COEPRIS registration and preparing our campus, and we are building a waitlist in the meantime. Join it and we will keep you updated as we get closer. If your teen needs help now, please talk with your doctor or a licensed mental health provider rather than waiting for us.
Not in person during the first four weeks. That is the Foundation Phase, when teens need space to settle into the routine. But you have a scheduled call with your teen every other week, and the team emails you a written update every week. Contact is never withheld as punishment, and your teen can speak privately with the psychologist at any time. After the Foundation Phase, visits and contact open up step by step.
Messages you send through our form go to admissions under our privacy policy. Enrollment paperwork is handled privately with our admissions team.
Teen Care Baja is a private-pay program. Admissions will walk you through exact costs and payment options in your first conversation, before you make any decision.
Admissions walks families through documentation and timing so logistics feel predictable.
That is the right question, and it is worth asking early. Send us a message and we will answer honestly, including if another program may be a better fit for your family. No cost, no obligation, no pressure to decide.
