Veronica Garza

I'm Veronica Garza, Executive Director of Teen Care Baja. Working alongside our founder, Braulio Garza Jr., I help lead the day-to-day operations of the program, support our staff, and work closely with families as they begin their journey with us. My commitment to this work is deeply personal. I lost my brother to addiction, and that experience shaped my desire to help young people and their families find hope during some of life's most difficult moments. I believe that compassion, structure, and consistency can make a meaningful difference. I've been married to Braulio for 37 years, and together we've chosen to dedicate this chapter of our lives to serving struggling teens and the families who love them.
